Job description

Production Site Manager/Supervisor (based in Penang)

We are currently looking for a Manager/Supervisor to lead in the production and promotion of building materials. Examples of projects using these materials and their special techniques include the Syed al-Attas Mansion, Penang Northern Seawall, and Fort Cornwallis.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the production team to meet operational and productivity targets
• Monitoring production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Providing leadership, training, and performance management to production staff
• Collaborating with other departments to optimise workflow and resolve issues
• Reporting on production metrics and recommending process improvements
• Supporting efforts to promote and develop the use of the materials and techniques (Manager level only)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience for Supervisor, and a degree for Manager level

Minimum Years of Experience

• 10 years of work experience for Manager
