Job Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for overseeing and organizing the equipment, staff, and processes on a production floor.
- Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
- Ensures production team has access to all relevant raw materials and equipment — ensure the smooth running of production.
- Responsible to clearly and concisely deliver instructions to the production team.
- Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees.
- Provides regular/daily status updates to manager about the processing flow/output on shift production summaries.
- Overseeing and coaching team.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Check production output according to specifications.
- Collects data and compiles reports about production.
- Submit reports on performance and progress to manager.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Must be able to make decisions quickly, under pressure, after careful assessment of all available information.
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
Experience: At least 3-5 years of working experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory role.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machine operation, and preventive maintenance.
- Familiar with quality control standards and workplace safety regulations (EHS).
- Ability to analyze production data and prepare performance reports.

- Ability to coach and train staff effectively.
