Job Description
Job Overview
- Lead and supervise a team to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows.
- Train and develop production staff to enhance skills and efficiency.
- Track and report on production KPIs for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise operators and technicians on the production line.
- Conduct Daily Leadership Routine (DLR) meetings with the team.
- Perform eLPC at the start of each shift.
- Lead daily handshake meetings with other shifts.
- Ensure all team members are trained according to work instructions.
- Monitor production flow to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with departments such as Logistics, Equipment Engineering, and Product Engineering.
- Identify areas for process improvement to increase productivity.
- Trigger technicians/engineers when non-conformities are found.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing, specifically in production environments.
- Diploma qualification, preferably in Electrical & Electronics or Semiconductors production.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
- Team-oriented mindset to encourage cooperation and motivation.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality standards.
- Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
