Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and achieve the manufacturing and quality goals as committed.
• Supervise and oversee budgets, plans, and programs to ensure the optimal utilization of equipment, space, and labor to attain plant manufacturing objectives.
• Ensure achievement of management and manufacturing objectives through proper selection, development, training, and motivation of subordinates.
• Continuously improve work environment, methods, effectiveness, and resource utilization; monitor operating results.
• Maintain product standards through effective administration of good manufacturing practices, implementation of specifications, employee training, and high housekeeping standards.
• Monitor quality goals and objectives closely; initiate corrective and preventive actions promptly to meet targets.
• Implement defect containment and prevention strategies.
