Job summary

A pioneering bioprocessing company in Malaysia is seeking a Production Scientist to manage manufacturing processes for regenerative medicine. As part of a dedicated team, you will ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to advancements in biopharmaceutical development. Candidates should have a degree in Life Science and relevant experience in cell culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in human cell culture and aseptic technique is an added advantage.

Job Grading: Executive

Qualification:

The minimum qualification of a Degree in the field of Life Science or a related field;

Experience in human cell culture and aseptic technique is an added advantage.

Job Responsibility:

Establishment, implementation and maintenance of production processes in accordance with the Quality Management System and Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) production requirement.

Manage production operations and ensure their strict implementation in accordance with the Bio-Pharmaceutical & Pharmaceutical Quality System. Report and investigate any non-conformity of lab activities.

Review and approve internal quality testing on the materials upon usage for manufacturing.

Liaise with suppliers on the purchasing/maintenance of lab reagents and consumables for lab activities.

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of materials related to activities in cGMP lab.

Establish and ensure good documentation for lab production and QC (i.e., SOP, BMR, COA, etc.).
