Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Production Project Manager / Assistant Manager to lead planning, scheduling and execution of all manufacturing operations within the plant. You will ensure production is delivered on time, within budget and to industry standards, while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering / Manufacturing.
• Prior management or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional team members.
• Technical competencies in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other industry software.
