Production & Processing Executive (Taiping, Perak)

We're looking to add a Production & Processing Executive located in Taiping, Perak to support our extraordinary teams and contribute to our growth.

Job Descriptions:

1. Assist the Production Manager in developing packaging material standard specifications and standardizing the production process.
2. Conduct testing and trials for production packaging materials and processes.
3. Prepare trial reports and follow up on their status to ensure meeting timelines.
4. Coordinate with QA or Engineering Department on testing/trials or packaging material issues.
5. Participate in ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by superiors.
6. Perform lab testing tasks or other relevant lab activities.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to packaging materials and production processes.
8. Involve in training subordinates or employees in identified areas.
9. Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports for management review.

Skills and Personalities:

• Require a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or a related discipline.
• Require a minimum of 1 year of experience in food manufacturing.
• Willing to work in Taiping, Perak.
