Responsibilities

• Analyze workflow, space requirements, and production schedules to design and improve manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, planning) to resolve production bottlenecks and equipment failures.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Support the introduction of new products or processes, including trials, validations, and training.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track and report production metrics (e.g., output, downtime) and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Train and guide production operators on process improvements and best practices.
