Job summary

A manufacturing company in Penang is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee repacking processes and lead a small team. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and hold a Diploma or Degree in Engineering. Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and familiarity with production standards are essential. Knowledge of SPC and ISO9001 is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years relevant work experiences.
• Knowledge of production equipment, processes and standards.
• Familiar with SPC, 8D and ISO9001 is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handling production repacking (mixing) processes and make improvements if needed.
• Managing and preparing process documentation.
• Managing and leading a small production team.
• Perform daily/ monthly/ yearly equipment & process verification.
