Job summary

in Malaysia is seeking a Production Planning professional to plan daily production schedules aligned with customer build plans and orders, ensuring on-time delivery targets are met. You will liaise with customers on new orders and delivery requirements, coordinate with internal departments, inspect finished goods, conduct testing, and provide feedback to improve delivery, quality, and output.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in budgeting and resource allocation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan the daily production schedule based on the customer's build plan.
• Ensure the production plan aligns with customer orders and meets on-time delivery targets.
• Liaise with customers regarding new orders and delivery requirements, and coordinate with internal departments accordingly.
• Provide feedback to internal departments regarding delivery, quality, and production output.
• Inspect finished products and conduct testing to ensure compliance with customer specifications, contract requirements, government regulations, and relevant standards.
• Communicate customer expectations to internal teams effectively.
• Ensure production output meets customer expectations and communicate any issues proactively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements.
• Support internal sales in achieving company goals.
• Conduct root cause analysis when daily production targets are not met.
