Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to monitor monthly output and yield, coordinate with the production team for timely delivery, and drive continuous improvements in the cocoa processing line. The role includes setting up new lines, developing SOPs, and training staff while ensuring HALAL, GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or degree with 2–4 years in manufacturing or food processing, and a strong understanding of food safety quality systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field is required.
• 2-4 years of related experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems; manufacturing and food processing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and prepare monthly production output and yield to meet department objectives.
• Collaborate with production team to ensure timely delivery of products and achievable output.
• Drive continuous improvements in facility and process lines.
• Maintain production cost control by analyzing data to reduce wastage and downtime.
• Direct and coordinate production activities to maximize output within defined quality levels.
• Set up new cocoa processing line and develop SOPs; train subordinates.
• Oversee production plant operations and audits; ensure product traceability.
• Ensure HALAL, GMP, HACCP and FSSC 22000 compliance.
