A leading Malaysian cooling tower manufacturer is seeking a Production Planning Assistant to contribute to its operations. This role involves preparing reports, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and managing production documents. Ideal candidates possess a Diploma and have experience in a related field, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in relevant field.
• 1 years of working experience in the related field.
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office application and SQL software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing weekly / monthly reports for management.
• Ensure on time delivery of customer goods.
• Coordinate outsource transport based on production schedule.

Job description

• Assist in preparing weekly / monthly reports for management.
• Ensure on time delivery of customer goods
• To issue job order base on production order received
• To coordinate outsource transport base on production schedule
• To raise PR for parts needed in the production order and ensure can meet the production schedule
• To submit daily production output record
• To assist in manage all production related document like job order, ML, production details, collection note, DO

REQUIREMENT:

• Possess at least a Diploma in relevant field
• Required language(s): BM & English. Mandarin is an advantage
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office application and SQL software
• 1 years of working experience in the related field
• Ability to resolve problems and perform in tight deadlines
