Job summary

TTM Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a production planner to monitor and optimize the production schedule, coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely release of materials and no discrepancies on the shop floor.

The role involves daily shipment planning and adherence to OTD targets within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications include a relevant higher diploma or above and 1–2 years planning experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Relevant Higher Diploma or above.
• 1–2 years planning experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and material planning.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedule based on SO requirement.
• Manage daily job release and replace lot issue; communicate with warehouse and ensure no material release discrepancies to shop floor.
• Oversee FG I warehouse management and daily shipment arrangement.
• Follow management OTD tasks aligned with company goals.
• Follow outsource sub-contraction process.
