Job summary

Tiger Technology (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Production Planner to develop and manage production plans. You will coordinate with production teams to allocate resources efficiently, adjust plans for disruptions, and monitor schedule adherence for ongoing orders.

Ideal candidate has a diploma, 3 years in planning, and strong MS Office skills; English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required. Role based in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Electronics/ Electrical/ Manufacturing Engineering/ Production Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Planning or Production planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to create datasheets and documents.
• Fluent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken.
• Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure plans are realistic and resources are allocated efficiently.
• Adjust plans based on breakdowns, shortages, or urgent customer requests.
• Track production output, order status, and schedule adherence; provide reports.
• Support Lean, Kanban, and continuous improvement initiatives.
