Main product of the company is the advanced conductive pastes. iSilver Materials (Malaysia) SDN BHD is located in Kulim, Kedah and the headquarter (Suzhou iSilver Materials Co., Ltd) is in China Jiangsu Sheng. Suzhou iSilver Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011, and has a total of 70 patents.

We are looking for a Production Planner to coordinate and manage the overall production planning activities of our company. The Production Planner responsibilities include developing efficient production schedules, monitoring raw material usage, tracking output, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in production scheduling, materials planning, and coordinating with cross-functional teams including purchasing, warehouse, and production. You will need to speak Mandarin and English fluently.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day production planning and scheduling to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Prepare and maintain monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules based on customer orders and forecast.

Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability and capacity planning.

Monitor inventory levels, material usage, and update Material Requirements Planning (MRP) accordingly.

Track production output, analyse variances, and take corrective actions as needed.

Ensure all planning activities adhere to quality standards, delivery timelines, and production KPIs.

Work closely with the QA/QC, engineering, and logistic teams for cross-functional coordination.

Assist in improving planning processes, system accuracy, and production forecasting.

Support in audits and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Liaise with HQ in China to align local production plans with group demand and supply strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in production planning. Fresh grads fluent in Mandarin with strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for planning and reporting.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) – essential for liaising with Mandarin-speaking team and HQ.
