This role is critical to ensuring that production deadlines are met, and internal workflows are maintained smoothly.

Job description

To update the inventory on the ERP and (JFLEX) systems.

To manage and prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules according to customer orders.

Schedule and release production orders weekly to production. Develop daily and weekly production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.

To plan the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production.

To coordinate production operations in accordance with material availability.

To manage inventory levels and coordinate internal material handling.

To manage purchasing orders for direct materials.

To liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules for direct materials.

To interact with PMP’s sister plants in Italy, China, and India regarding material issues.

To analyze material shortages and determine their impact on schedules. Advise relevant parties of any inability to meet scheduled due dates and promptly inform relevant departments of schedule changes.

To analyze delays and interruptions and adjust production schedules accordingly to meet deadlines.

To communicate daily with other departments regarding schedule changes or conflicts, and promptly inform relevant departments of schedule updates.

To analyze back orders, current orders, and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule production activities.

To address and replan production activities promptly to minimize delays.

To adhere to company standards and production policies to meet organizational objectives.

To communicate with related departments (Sales, Production, Quality Control, Warehouse) regarding materials for new product development.

To comply with ISO 9001 requirements and standards in inventory management, raw material handling, documentation, etc.

Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
