Qualifications:
Possess at least a Degree or equivalent.
Preferably 1 year of related working experience.
Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
Pleasant personality and able to work independently.
Ensure all activities comply with International Management System Standards, i.e., ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Fully utilize PPE supplied by management.
Maintain adequate standards of (5S) housekeeping in the workplace.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate production workflow for one or more products.
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to meet production demand.
Assign workers and staff to specific production operations.
Monitor jobs to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
Obtain output information (e.g., number of finished products, defect rates).
Prepare and submit performance reports to the group operation manager.
Ensure production aligns with planning schedules to meet customer demand.
Review and plan inventory management to prevent shortages and excesses.
Communicate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and sales stakeholders regarding production plans.
Calculate and track production targets and outputs.
Manage daily production scheduling and monitor weekly sales orders.
Implement continuous improvements in productivity, quality, safety, and costs.
Perform other duties as assigned by management with full accountability.
