  • Manage the MPS/MRP process and resolve exceptions according to IBP rules.
  • Develop the master production plan with a 13-week horizon, weekly, and daily releases for production plants and cells, aligned with capacity agreements.
  • Perform finite capacity planning based on factory calendar and EBQs, managing RCCP processes and capacity exceptions across multiple production sites and tollers/TPMs.
  • Release production orders aligned with site agreements, review schedule adherence, and drive improvements.
  • Coordinate demand exceptions with the Scheduler and SP Manager; support site schedulers with analysis to improve visibility.
  • Collaborate with customer service and sales to incorporate customer requirements into the production plan.
  • Lead gatekeeping meetings with other departments and provide KPIs to measure performance.
  • Provide impact analysis for decisions or scenarios affecting the plan and support reporting needs.
  • Balance service levels (OTIF) with inventory targets (OWC), considering manufacturing cost impacts.
  • Manage reduction of slow-moving and obsolete stock, ensuring rework and scrapping are properly handled.
  • Contribute to inventory strategy, including safety stock settings for existing, new, and phased-out products.
  • Ensure master data accuracy and proper transactional data housekeeping.
  • Support projects and process improvements to enhance planning performance and efficiency.
Experience
  • University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and synthesize recommendations.
  • Desire to challenge and improve existing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; understanding of cultural sensitivities.
  • Vietnamese and English language proficiency.
