Production Planner

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organize the implementation of various production processes in the workshop.
2. Responsible for binding production batch records, inspecting the content, supervising corrections, and submitting them to the Quality Assurance Department.
3. Establish and maintain original production system records and statistical ledgers, ensuring proper archiving.
4. Conduct training on workshop management documents and ensure that employees are tested on key knowledge and skills.
5. Enter procurement plans for raw and auxiliary materials of each product (Monthly) and input daily production orders for each product (Daily).
6. Complete daily reports on product output and inventory status and send them to relevant management personnel.
7. Report daily water, electricity, and gas usage of each product and share it with relevant management personnel.
8. Summarize and submit production-related information for the monthly report to the Production Manager.
9. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by leadership as required.

Qualifications - Requirement:

1. Diploma / Degree and above in Chemical Engineering with more than 3 years of experience in manufacturing / chemical industry.
2. Have communication skills, work experience, professional skills, and planning abilities.
3. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
