Job description

The organisation is specialized in manufacturing high precision metal stamping parts for electrical and electronics industries. It is equipped with the latest high technology machines. In order to produce high quality products, all the staffs are trained to be highly skilful and competent.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement a production plan through related activities and effectively utilize to achieve production target and support sales requirements.
• To follow up with production regarding the daily production output.
• To coordinate within departments personnel to achieve production plan.
• To prepare and maintain project schedule status reports i.e. weekly/monthly.
• To be able to track the actual progress of work at site and advise necessary changes in planning should there be any necessity.
• Ensure that the production process is cost effective and there are no wastages.
• Optimize inventory control to ensure timely distribution of finished goods to sales and materials to production.
• Monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite lots to ensure shipments to customers are on time.
• Attending all assigned projects from time to time.
• Implement and maintain 5S activities all the time.
• To carry out any other duties, which may be assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and with good leadership skills.
• Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.00am to 12.30pm.
