About the role

As a Production Pharmacist at Sanchuan Medical Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient production of pharmaceutical products. Joining our dynamic team in Ipoh, Perak, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. What you'll be doing

Supervising the production of pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices

Monitoring the quality control and quality assurance processes to maintain product integrity and safety

Collaborating with the research and development team to optimise production methods and implement process improvements

Maintaining detailed records and documentation to comply with regulatory requirements

Providing technical guidance and training to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Investigating and resolving any production-related issues or concerns in a timely manner

Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, guidelines and best practices

What we're looking for

A degree in Pharmacy or a related field, with a valid license to practice as a pharmacist

Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role within the pharmaceutical industry

Excellent knowledge of good manufacturing practices, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve production-related issues

Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
