Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a qualified production supervisor to lead the production function, achieve delivery, quality, cost, safety objectives, and drive efficiency. The role requires coordinating with supervisors, line leaders and material handlers to meet customer requirements and maintain safe operations.

The candidate will set performance measurements, drive improvement activities for cost savings and quality, and ensure production targets are met while maintaining housekeeping and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in electronic or electrical engineering.
• Diploma in electronic or electrical engineering with at least 3 years' experience in the same line.

Responsibilities

• To lead production function in achieving delivery, quality, cost, safety, production documents and efficiency objectives.
• To ensure supervisor, line leader, material handlers are motivated and competent to meet customers' requirements.
• To set performance measurement and drive to achieving targets.
• To coordinate with other functions in achieving production targets.
• To initiate and drive improvement activities for cost saving, quality, efficiency, delivery and safety.

Education

Bachelor degree in electronic or electrical engineering

Diploma holder in electronic or electrical engineering with at least 3 year experience in the same line
