About the role

Becquer Malaysia, a leading manufacturer in the solar panel industry, is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, contributing to the efficient and high-quality production of our goods.

What you'll be doing

• Operate and monitor various production machines and equipment to ensure efficient and quality-driven manufacturing processes
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery to maintain optimal performance
• Continuously monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain high standards
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Assist with inventory management and material handling as required

• Proven experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
