Job summary

Continental Malaysia is seeking a capable machine operator to set up equipment and blend materials following production programs and control plans. You will inspect equipment, ensure calibration lifespan, and manage non-conforming materials using formal quarantine procedures.

Maintaining a clean, organized mill station under 5S practices is essential. This role offers growth within a global tire leader and a collaborative, innovative environment focused on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Manufacturing experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sets up machines, equipment and compounds per production programs and specs.
• Carry out material blending and measure as per control plan; manage non-conforming materials with Off Standard Form and quarantine procedures.
• Maintain 5S cleanliness and organisation at the mill station.

2. Carry out material blending according to the program and work instructions, perform measurements as specified in the control plan, and manage non-conforming materials through Off Standard Form documentation and quarantine procedures.
3. Maintain the mill station in a clean and organised state byfollowing 5S practices.
