Job summary

Continental Group Sector ContiTech in Malaysia is seeking a responsible Production Machine Operator to work on painting, molding and finishing lines. You will monitor the production line, ensure product quality and safety, and collaborate with teammates.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, be physically fit, willing to work in shift rotation, and able to follow SOPs. SPM or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and production equipment according to standard procedures
• Adherence of daily production plan
• Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain 5S of the related area
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Update shift reports and communicate with incoming/outgoing operators
• Maintain product quality and reduce scrap.
• Always ensure safe working conditions

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and careful Production Machine Operator. In this role, the person will work on Painting, Molding and Finishing. The job also includes watching the production line and making sure the product quality and safety are good. Person should be hardworking, able to solve basic problems, and work well in a team.
