Job summary

Pen S J Electronics Sdn Bhd in Penang Seberang Perai is seeking a Basic Production Support trainee or entry-level team member to join our manufacturing floor. You will perform production tasks, follow SOPs, and contribute to safe, orderly operations.

You will work with a team to maintain cleanliness, attend safety and quality procedures, and support productivity and continuous improvement initiatives. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing environment and operational discipline is preferred.
• Willing to work in shift-based manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned production tasks according to SOPs and supervisor instructions.
• Support manufacturing operations and workflow activities.
• Follow operational, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline within work areas.
• Support team activities and operational requirements.
• Escalate operational abnormalities or safety concerns immediately.
• Support productivity achievement and operational continuity activities.
