Everfresh Premium Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and proactive Production Operator / Production Supervisor to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role plays a key part in overseeing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring optimal productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the production team to achieve targets for cycle time, output, yield, quality, and overall productivity.

Oversee daily production activities, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and meet the required quality standards.

Set up production equipment and prepare materials according to job orders.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production line to minimize rework and rejection rates.

Ensure all machinery, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and serviced regularly.

Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate closely with Planning, Research & Development, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to meet daily production plans and improve workflows.

Maintain and enforce 5S housekeeping standards and promote workplace discipline.

Ensure accurate and timely updates of production data, records, and documentation.

Continuously strive for operational improvements to support the company’s performance goals.

Promote and enforce occupational health and safety best practices among the production team.

Prioritize tasks effectively to maximize team efficiency and output.

Train and guide new team members to perform their duties effectively.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or direct supervisor from time to time.
