Job summary

TMC Metal (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking responsible, hardworking individuals to join our Production Team.

On-the-job training will be provided, welcoming candidates with or without manufacturing experience. You will perform daily production tasks, operate machinery, support supervisors, ensure quality and safety, and contribute to efficient production. Immediate start preferred, with 5‑day work weeks and opportunities to develop practical manufacturing skills.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or equivalent; fresh school leavers encouraged to apply.
• Previous manufacturing experience is not required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Physically fit for manual handling and overtime as needed.
• Willing to learn, hardworking and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily production activities including sorting, dismantling, weighing and packing.
• Operate production machinery safely per procedures and work instructions.
• Assist supervisor in meeting daily production schedules and targets.
• Support material handling, loading/unloading and scrap collection as required.
• Ensure production activities meet quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain clean and organized production area and proper records.

Job description

TMC Metal (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for responsible, hardworking and motivated individuals to join our Production Team. We welcome candidates with or without manufacturing experience, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily production activities, including material sorting, dismantling, weighing, packing, crushing and other assigned production tasks.

Operate production machinery, tools and equipment safely in accordance with company procedures and work instructions.

Assist the Production Supervisor / Foreman in achieving daily production schedules, output targets and operational requirements.

Support material handling, loading, unloading and scrap collection activities, including assignments at customer sites when required.

Ensure all production activities meet the company's quality, safety and operational standards.

Maintain good housekeeping, cleanliness and proper material arrangement within the production area.

Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations and environmental requirements.

Complete production records, material weighing records and other relevant documentation accurately.

Assist in identifying opportunities to improve productivity, work efficiency and production processes.

Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Head of Department.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent is preferred.

Fresh school leavers and candidates without manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.

Previous working experience in manufacturing, production, recycling or material handling will be an added advantage.

Physically fit and able to perform manual handling and production-related tasks safely.

Willing to learn, hardworking, responsible and able to work as part of a team.

Able to follow instructions, safety procedures and company regulations.

Willing to work overtime when required, subject to operational needs.

Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.
