Key Responsibilities: Production Operator

Support by tech team to meet the goals on Machine Downtime, Utilization. Follow equipment specification to do machine set up & buy off. Follow process criteria and procedures to optimize quality throughput. Do shift inline support for continuous production line and ensure equipment in good performance to meet the goals on quality, yield, and cost, utilization, and cycle time. Other duty assigned from time to time To perform 5S activities. Good discipline compliance and attendance on the production floor. Be part of the team member with Process Engineer and Maintenance to maintain and sustain the process and equipment performance. Work as a team.
