RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. System Inventory Updates and Production Reports
- To check and verify production reports prepared by ERP team.
- To ensure production reports are ready and updated in AX system within 3 days after production run.
- To ensure the material usage records submitted by production are tally with actual usage and system updates.
- To monitor production yield, material usage percentage, reject and wastage reported in production reports, and ensure target sets are controlled and achieved.
- To highlight when production yield, material usage percentage, reject and wastage are not meeting target set, work with production to identify the root cause, and propose solution for implementation and rectification.
- To ensure all the records related to daily production material usage updated are filled in correctly and submitted online by production team.
2. Data Control
- To prepare and update the summary of production data at monthly basis, or from time to time as requested (e.g. yield monitoring, wastage/reject monitoring, meat content monitoring and etc.)
- To prepare and update relevant data required by other departments at monthly basis, or from time to time as requested (e.g. Output & Usage report.
- To conduct data analysis on yield, wastage/reject or other related parameters related to production.
- To update monthly production KPIs data, and share out the trend and summary of achievement.
3. AX system
- To conduct training to new staffs (e.g. new ERP team members) or newly assigned PIC (e.g. supervisors, line leaders or selected PIC) related to AX system.
- To communicate with IT team to resolve issues related to AX system.
4. Audits
- To participant in any internal or external audits.
- To involve in traceability for internal and external audits.
- To prepare and ready production reports related to audits, and ensure all reports are in place and traceable.
5. Production Inventory Monitoring
- To plan, arrange and conduct weekly stock take for all inventories under production warehouse (e.g. WIP stocks, ingredients, raw material and etc.)
- To ensure weekly stock take are performed by production team, and verified by assigned executives/officers.
- To review and update the stocks in AX system.
- To ensure the stocks quantity in AX system and physical stocks are tally with zero variance.
- 6. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED: -
- Diploma/ Bachelor of Food Technology, or any other related course.
- Knowledge in Food Safety (GMP, HACCP & Halal)
- Speak and write well in English & Malay.
- Basic user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill to work with various departments.
- Analytical and rational thinking, prefer to have good trouble-shooting skill.
