Job summary

TotalEnergies recrute pour un rôle opérationnel de production sur site à Kuala Lumpur, visant à optimiser la performance et l’intégrité des actifs offshore convertie en onshore. Qualifications

• Diplôme d'ingénierie en génie chimique, pétrole ou procédé.
• Expérience min. 15 ans dans l'industrie Oil & Gas, dont ≥10 ans sur site.
• Forte expérience en leadership sur site et capacité à influencer les parties prenantes.
• Leadership pratique, autonome et proactif.
• Bonnes capacités techniques et de communication pour influencer les parties prenantes.
• Expérience multidisciplinaire et capacité à résoudre des problématiques complexes.

Responsibilities

• Management du plan d’action et des livrables d’intégrité des puits et actions associées.
• Suivi des actions HSE et suivi des points critiques (audit, formations, etc.).
• Préparer et présenter le budget du programme de production annuel (WPB et budget TotalEnergies).
• Coordonner les exigences de conformité opérationnelle sur le terrain.
• Collaborer avec les achats pour définir la stratégie contractuelle et évaluer les appels d'offres.
• Fournir un soutien technique à l'équipe offshore sur les problématiques de production.
• Réaliser des analyses/processus et proposer des solutions techniques.
• Suivre les initiatives de réduction de l’empreinte carbone et les retours d’expérience.

Join our Production Operations team in a high-impact role where your operational experience, leadership, and technical expertise will directly influence production performance, asset integrity, operational excellence, and the safe delivery of offshore production across our assets.

Activités

Responsibilities

• Management of well integrity actions plan and deliverables
• Follow up on HSE related action items (Opersafe review, Synergi database, site reports, Field Operations essential trainings tracker, etc.) and identify pain points/solutions to enable progress.
• Prepare and present proposal for annual production work program budget (regulatory WPB and TotalEnergies budget).
• Coordinate on all field operations compliance requirements (timeline, actions tracking, etc.), e.g. MPM audit, DOSH audit, Helideck certification, ISO audit, OneMaestro audit, OPERCAP, OPERSAFE, etc.)
• Coordinate with Contracts & Procurement and HSSE team to identify contracting strategy, manage tender plan preparation and evaluation for the production contracts and sourcing of materials/services
• Provide technical support to offshore team on emerging production/maintenance issues, process optimization, to ensure safe operations and continuous production
• Produce process analysis/studies/assessment to troubleshoot technical issues, production shortfalls etc and provide sound technical proposal/ recommendations to address the issues.
• Follow up on Carbon Footprint Reduction, Process Quick-Look Assessment program/initiatives, to deliver production and process-related deliverables.
• Follow up on Return of Experience post activities execution (or relevant REX from other affiliates), coordinate and monitor the implementations of relevant action items from the REX.
• Possess a holistic overview of all the activities/requirements from various entities/stakeholders within Field Operations and integrate them for efficient execution with optimized production.
• Closely collaborate and build good working relationship with all the relevant (internal/external) stakeholders to meet the required deliverables (actions close-out, compliance, KPIs, etc.)
• Oversee contractor performance and accountability, ensuring third-party service providers consistently meet TotalEnergies' operational, technical, and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure, to produce/deliver production-critical solutions within tight execution timeline (Full Field Shutdown, production impact, etc.) in order to maintain high availability and reliability
• Ensure that the Company Management System procedures are delivered and rolled out as per schedule in line with the offshore operational transition requirements.
• Ensure that the field operations contracts are managed within budget and delivered as per agreement to meet production operations requirements.
• Ensure timely support to offshore site operations team on critical issues on production, equipment reliability, maintenance and inspection to avoid/minimize production interruption.

Profil du candidat

Qualifications/Experiences

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Petroleum, or Process), Applied Science, or related technical field.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry, with at least 10 years experiences on sites.
• Strong site execution leadership experiences with proven track record to be able to convince the relevant stakeholders/entities and deliver the required targets through them in collaboration.
• Hands-on leadership with self-driven mindset and highly autonomous.
• Sound technical working experiences, knowledges and effective communication skills to be able to influence stakeholders (office and offshore) to accept new ideas, practices, procedures/controls etc.
• Apart from the core discipline (preferably process), possess experiences working in multi-disciplines and complex problems (technical, stakeholders involved etc) to be able to provide holistically approach and deliver a more complete solution for the issues.
• Experiences working in diverse environment dealing with suppliers and specialist from various backgrounds and nationality to be able to find common ground during discussion.
