Beacon Hospital Sdn Bhd’s Nuclear Medicine division seeks an experienced Production Manager / Pharmacist to lead radiopharmaceutical production, GMP compliance, and the overall manufacturing operations in a regulated healthcare setting.
You will oversee daily production activities, manage calibration and validation, collaborate with QA/QC/Engineering, and drive improvements to quality, yield, and efficiency while ensuring strict regulatory adherence and documentation control.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Production Manager / Pharmacist to join our Nuclear Medicine team and lead the production and manufacturing operations of radiopharmaceuticals within a regulated healthcare environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility across production, GMP compliance, quality, equipment, documentation, validation, and team development.
Oversee daily production activities to achieve quality, productivity, yield, cost, and delivery targets.
Lead the manufacturing operations involving radiopharmaceutical production, cyclotron and cleanroom activities.
Drive continuous improvement in batch yield, product quality and manufacturing processes for GMP and non-GMP radiopharmaceuticals.
Ensure production activities, records and documentation comply with applicable GMP and regulatory requirements.
Oversee equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, qualification and validation activities.
Work closely with QA, QC, Engineering and other departments to resolve issues and implement continual improvements.
Ensure appropriate documentation, inventory control and production records are maintained.
Identify training needs and develop the capabilities of the Production team.
Promote a strong culture of quality, compliance, safety and operational excellence.
Evaluate team performance and provide effective cross-functional leadership.
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
4–5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Technical experience and GMP knowledge will be an added advantage
Experience in batch record review and pharmaceutical documentation
Good understanding of regulatory requirements
Strong crisis management, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Demonstrated cross-departmental leadership and communication skills
Clinical experience will be an added advantage
