Key Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and labour regulations

  • In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and workflow optimization

The Mission You Will Take on – What You Will Do

Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop and implement production schedules to align with customer demand and business goals.
  • Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity.
  • Manage production timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Create and maintain detailed work schedules, outlining tasks, milestones, and resource requirements for each production phase.

Production Process Management

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the production process, from raw materials to finished goods.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and safety regulations.
  • Monitor production performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner.

Team Leadership and Management

  • Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to ensure high performance.
  • Provide coaching, professional development, and performance evaluations for team members.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate strong client orientation standards, understand their unique project management requirements, and tailor recruitment solutions to exceed expectations.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client to understand their staffing needs and business requirements.
