About Us:

We specialize in manufacturing and installing premium glass solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team and ensure smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire production process for glass doors and windows, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency.
Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet project deadlines.
Supervise and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain a steady flow of raw materials.
Collaborate with sales, design, and installation teams to align production with customer needs.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Maintain production reports, track key performance metrics, and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a production management role within the glass, windows, or doors industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of glass cutting, tempering, laminating, and assembly processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
Experience in lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques.
Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Familiarity with local safety and labor laws in Malaysia.
