Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in any field.

Required language(s): English.

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

This position is available in Rawang.

Preferably Senior Executive or Manager with specialization in Automotive Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Job Descriptions:

1. Share responsibilities for the overall production operations of the factory.
2. Manage and monitor all activities in production and order planning.
3. Capable of making management decisions independently.
4. Assign duties and responsibilities to respective HODs and ensure the effectiveness of tasks completed.
5. Ensure the effectiveness of the QMS being implemented and adhered to, fulfilling customer satisfaction.
6. Carry out continuous improvement activities.
7. Conduct operations meetings, review performances, carry out problem-solving activities, and resolve issues to ensure effective operations while meeting customer quality requirements.
8. Manage and monitor budgeted costs of operations and quality.
9. Communicate and coordinate effectively with QA to resolve quality issues internally and externally.
10. Participate in new project development activities.
11. Be responsible for general safety and health practices in the factory.
