Oleochemical Giant on the lookout for strong candidates to take on the Production Manager role.

Your new company:
My client is a renowned global manufacturer in the personal care and hygiene industry with strong presence in over 100 countries. Based in Pasir Gudang, Johor, they are on the lookout for suitable candidates with extensive knowledge in the esterification process and a strong character to take on a leadership role and spearhead operations within their production line.

Your new role:

• Ensure compliance with ESM Integrated Management System requirements (ISO, GMP, HACCP, etc.)
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain quality control for effluent discharge and chemicals.
• Oversee and implement capital improvement programs for efficient, sustainable operations.
• Lead and train staff**, ensuring safety, performance, and adherence to procedures.
• Monitor processes and optimize plant operations, addressing any issues and ensuring product quality.
• Coordinate and lead HSE activities, ensuring all PPE and safety equipment are functional.

What you need to succeed:

• Possesses a Degree or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field is required, Esterification is preferred.
• Good communication skill, with analytical mind and good at resolving problems.
