Job description
Objective management and organization building

Assist the production director in setting and breaking down the goals of the chemical packaging process.

Responsible for leading the production team of the chemical packaging process, coordinating and organizing the four-in-one, and continuously improving the quality of products and services.

Responsible for organizing the career development and training of employees in the chemical packaging process, ensuring that the team is constantly adapted to the requirements of the goal.

Monitoring and measurement of products and services

Implement the production plan of the chemical packaging process and complete the customer's delivery task on time.

Implement the company's quality strategy, and cooperate with the quality department to complete the system construction and internal and external audit of the chemical packaging process.

When products or services that do not meet the requirements are found, timely corrective and preventive measures will be taken.

Carry out continuous improvement of products and services in the chemical packaging process.

Employee motivation and mobilization of employees.

Responsible for participating in the sorting and decomposition of non-performing zeroing items in the formation and packaging process.

Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by the leader.

Responsible for performing or conveying other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Relevant professional and technical knowledge of the battery industry.
  • Master the knowledge of quality system such as ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, etc.
  • Master the relevant knowledge of EHS safety management system and lean production.
  • Master basic financial and technical knowledge and basic human resources related knowledge.
  • Master the knowledge of attendance, performance management, and employee relationship handling.
  • Deal with all kinds of personnel, equipment, materials, and process abnormalities flexibly in combination with the actual situation.
  • Have a certain ability to foresee possible abnormalities, dangers, line stops, etc., and take appropriate precautions.
  • Have target management skills and communication and coordination skills.
  • Have the ability of time management, comprehensive analysis and conflict management.
  • Ability to work in a team and interact, listen, persuade and influence others
  • Have the corresponding process technology improvement and abnormal analysis ability, and excellent team leadership
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and mission, and be able to lead by example.
