PRODUCTION MANAGER - CONTRACT ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING

We are a leading Contract Electronics Manufacturing (CEM) company, delivering high-quality, customer-specific PCB assembly and electronic product manufacturing solutions to clients across industries such as industrial, medical, automotive, and IoT.

As Production Manager, you will lead and oversee all production activities, ensuring output meets quality standards, deadlines, and customer expectations. You'll manage a skilled team of operators, technicians, and supervisors, working closely with planning, engineering, and quality teams to drive productivity, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily production operations across SMT, through-hole, box build, and final assembly lines.
• Ensure production schedules are met in line with customer delivery requirements.
• Drive productivity, quality, and efficiency through lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the production team to maintain high performance and engagement.
• Monitor and report KPIs including output, downtime, yield, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve process or product issues swiftly.
• Ensure health & safety, compliance, and best practices are maintained across the shop floor.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and process validation activities.

Job Requirement :

• Proven experience in a Production Manager or similar role within electronics manufacturing (CEM/EMS environment preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SMT, PCB assembly, and electronics manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, IPC standards, and ESD compliance.
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Epicor, or similar).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
