Responsible for the overall daily operation management of the factory including production safety, quality & delivery guarantee, cost control & efficiency improvement, team stability and morale improvement.
Responsible for overall plant planning and continuous improvement of manufacturing capacity to meet the rapid growth of the company's business.
Develop long term improvement plan to ensure the factory can achieve the leading position in the industry and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for continuous improvement of the company's quality level, able to make continuous improvement plans based on quality performance and ensure that the company's quality level meets customer requirements and satisfaction.
Assist Factory Director to complete other tasks assigned by the company.
Oversee the overall daily warehouse including incoming and outgoing.
Drive work order aging and scrap improvement in the manufacturing floor.
Monthly forecast review to ensure headcount allocation and capacity to meet customer demand.
People management in the production and work with cross functional team to achieve the delivery plan.
Overall manufacturing headcount control and allocation according to monthly plan.
Ensure a safe, secure work environment.
2.0 Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree and above, major in industrial engineering, mechanical manufacturing and automation, electronic information and other related engineering.
8 years management experience in electronics industry, familiar with the whole process of supply chain operation.
Experienced in SMT & High-Level Assembly manufacturing is highly desirable.
Able to analyze all kinds of complex quality problems and provide solutions.
Possess advanced quality management concept and excellent innovation ability and constantly optimize quality management.
Experienced in capacity review and HC arrangement.
Fluent in English, Mandarin speaker is an added advantage (liaison with China counterpart) and able to communicate with foreign customers without barriers. Strong leadership, problem-solving ability, organizational decision-making ability, and comprehensive coordination ability.
