Position Summary

Plan and control manufacturing and warehouse processes so that products are delivered on time and within budget. Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while building high-performance production teams. Own end-to-end assembly processes, resource optimization, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overlook production planning, production assembly and warehouse functions.
• Responsible for Productivity, Efficiency, Inventory and “on time delivery” metrics.
• Responsible for headcount budgeting and resources capacity planning.
• Responsible for the selection and training of new operators.
• Ensures plant performance is aligned with company goals and targets.
• Works collaboratively to review and facilitate the launch of new products into production.
• Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
• Participate and sponsor continuous improvement projects in production and warehouse.
• Supervise and motivate team.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• B.S. or M.S. Degree in Engineering, with related experience in production management.
• Analytical skills to evaluate data and make operational decisions.
• Prior knowledge in LEAN manufacturing processes.
• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
• The ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment-related problems.
• The capacity to grasp complex concepts easily.
