Job description

Our client, a leading Plastic Injection Molding and Tooling manufacturer specializing in electronic plastic components, with a group turnover of more than RM 300 million and overseas operation, is looking for suitable candidates to fill in the following position:-

PRODUCTION MANAGER --- MERU KLANG

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations of the factory to meet its output targets.

Monitor, supervise and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Lead a team of 500 employees and collaborate with relevant departments.

Enforce ISO/IATF and OSHA standards in reducing defects and incidents.

Manage budget, reduce waste and implement Lean/Six Sigma practices.

Drive automation and R&D collaboration for efficiency gains.

Ensure regulatory adherence and deliver performance reports.

Monitor customer’s order(s), products development and delivery to customers’ satisfaction.

Resolve customers’ complaints through trouble-shooting and correct & rectify any weaknesses.

Ensure monthly net profitability through various cost optimizations.

Support and assist the company’s management on any other matters as and when required.

Requirements :

Minimum with at least 10 years working experience in the similar industry.

A degree in Bachelor of Engineering,

Experience in Lean manufacturing, ERP and safety protocols.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and good communication skills.

Experience with automation and industry 4.0 technologies.

Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin is an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits:

Monthly salary range RM 10,000 to RM 15,000
