Responsible for the overall management of the production operation.
Lead the production team in the execution of the production plan, ensuring quality and efficiency targets are achieved
Review daily finished goods records
Analyze production quality issues and implement a process improvement plan.
Provide leadership in cultivating, training, coaching, and guiding subordinates in ensuring the delivery of service excellence.
Plan, organize, direct, and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet production schedules
Control of inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Train, develop, motivate, and retain employees to achieve high-performance standards
Initiate problem-solving and troubleshooting processes and reduce process and production-related problems and delays
Establish and maintain a standard of safety responsibilities for all employees, to practice and ensure a safe and healthy working environment for everybody whilst in its premises.
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process, and quality system.
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Minimum 8 years of working experience in anAssembly Manufacturing Line.
Good knowledge of organization work and planning.
Good communication skills.
Able to work as a team in order to achieve department objective.
