Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Processing, Food Technology, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in food manufacturing or food processing.
Strong knowledge of further food processing.
Possess leadership capabilities to drive teams to excellence.
Good management skills in developing strategic goals.
Able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently and be self-motivated.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage the production and sanitation operations in line with company policies and procedures.
Participate in strategic development projects for continuous improvement and growth.
Implement and enforce the company's Quality Management System.
Organize work according to departmental strategy.
Execute plans to meet departmental objectives and recommend changes as needed.
Plan and execute production schedules to meet targets for quantity, quality, productivity, and yields efficiently.
Coordinate with sales and marketing on product supply, quality requirements, and timelines.
Address quality issues and customer complaints promptly.
Communicate with maintenance regarding engineering needs to ensure facilities and equipment are well maintained.
Prepare and review reports and records of subordinates.
Plan employee deployment, training, and motivation strategies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
