PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager to join our operations team and help drive productivity, safety, and quality. A day-to-day basis of a Production Assistant Manager / Manager includes:

1. Lead and supervise day-to-day production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
2. Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to optimize efficiency.
3. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Logistics.
6. Prepare and analyze production reports, KPIs, and operational metrics.
7. Manage and mentor production team members; foster a culture of continuous improvement.
8. Assist in planning manpower and equipment needs based on forecast and production plans.
