Production Manager

The Production Manager will oversee and enhance production efficiency, ensuring quality, safety, and improvement initiatives while coordinating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to achieve excellence in efficiency and quality standards.
• Monitor production output and efficiency.
• Plan headcount and set performance targets.
• Supervise, train, and support production staff.
• Develop and track KPIs for production.
• Ensure production schedules are met and orders completed on time.
• Verify daily production records and reports.
• Manage raw materials and WIP inventory for smooth workflow.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformities.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Support ISO compliance and participate in audits.
• Communicate with suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Manage spare part ordering for machinery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operation or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, handle a heavy workload, prioritize work, and meet assigned deadlines.
