Your new company

A reputable manufacturing company located in Batang Kali, specializing in delivering high-quality products through precision engineering and continuous improvement. The organization is committed to excellence, safety, and adherence to ISO9001 standards.

Your new role

1. Oversee the complete production process, including manpower and material planning, cost control, and waste management.
2. Ensuring product quality meets required standards, supervising and motivating the workforce, and implementing preventive maintenance for machinery.
3. Liaise with suppliers and contractors, support the sales team with marketing and after-sales service, and uphold safety and environmental guidelines.
4. Responsible for factory housekeeping, enforcing company policies, and maintaining the company's QMS (ISO9001).
5. Collaborating with the technical team, you'll aim to enhance product quality and develop new products while submitting regular reports to the management team.
6. Other tasks may be assigned as required.

What you’ll need to succeed

1. A degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, Process, or an equivalent field.
2. At least 5 years of industry-related working experience.
3. Hands-on experience and extensive knowledge in injection molding and extrusion processes.
4. A proactive, results-driven professional with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking capabilities, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
5. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin (for liaising with China stakeholders).
