Job description

Production output and efficiency monitoring.

Develop performance KPIs for production activities.

Follow up on production orders to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of orders.

Monitor overall production output and verify daily production forms.

Control raw material and WIP inventory to ensure efficient flow of materials in production.

Investigate root causes of non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Identify areas for improvement and initiate improvement activities.

Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for production staff.

Promote 5S good housekeeping habits and maintain discipline on the production line.

Liaise with supporting departments such as Planning, HR, IT, and Marketing to fulfill production needs.

Participate in ISO activities, customer audits, and inspections.

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors as necessary.

Order spare parts for machinery.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.

Preferably a managerial role in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.

Ability to work effectively in a team, handle a heavy workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
