Job Descriptions:

Production & Operations:

· Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

· Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

· Ensure that products are manufactured on time and meet quality standards.

· Oversee fabrication processes such as cutting, bending, welding, finishing, and

· assembly of sheet metal parts.

· Quality & Compliance:

· Implement and monitor quality assurance systems to minimize defects.

· Ensure adherence to ISO standards or other relevant certifications.

· Liaise with quality control and engineering teams to resolve production issues.

· Team Management:

· Lead, motivate, and manage factory staff including supervisors, operators, and

· support teams.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations, training, and development programs.

· Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

· Maintenance & Safety:

· Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.

· Enforce health and safety policies and ensure compliance with occupational

· safety regulations.

· Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

· Inventory & Cost Control:

· Manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and consumables.

· Work with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.

· Monitor and control operational costs, reduce waste, and improve productivity.

· Reporting & Coordination:

· Prepare and present regular reports on production output, downtime, efficiency,

· and labor performance.

· Coordinate with other departments such as sales, logistics, finance, and HR.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,

· Manufacturing Management, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

· Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5

· years in a managerial role within sheet metal fabrication.

· Hands-on experience with CNC laser cutting machines, bending, welding, and

· finishing processes.

· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Proficiency in ERP systems, production planning software, and MS Office.
