Qualifications:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 2 years at a managerial level.
• Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain a disciplined and motivated workforce.
• Able to manage resources effectively to achieve organizational goals.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Ensure manufacturing capability and capacity meet demand.
• Review manufacturing capacity considering existing equipment, headcount, and other constraints versus demand.
• Monitor resources such as machine availability, mould requirements, and material needs on a weekly basis.
• Prepare and update monthly and yearly goals and objectives for different production sections aligned with company goals.
• Maintain a good bonus track record.
• Work a 5-day week.
• Provide hospitalization and surgical insurance coverage for employee and family.
