Job description

To plan and delegate the effectiveness and efficiency of production to meet company expectation specifications.

To plan and develop the department requirements, including manpower, machinery planning, etc., to ensure the smooth running of the entire section and meet company objectives.

To develop and implement work procedures, rules, and regulations for the department to ensure consistency.

To recruit and maintain high-caliber staff appropriate to business circumstances.

To develop, motivate, and challenge all team members in Production & QC to perform to their full potential, providing direct and timely feedback through formal and informal media.

To delegate and organize departmental workload according to Work Orders or Project assignments.

To ensure that the products meet customer requirements.

To initiate and ensure quality plans that meet customer quality requirements as well as ISO 9001 & AS9100D standards.

To monitor the cost of quality of the product and initiate improvement programs.

To oversee the implementation and administration of the maintenance program for all production and quality equipment & tools.

To enforce 6S, safety standards, and legal regulations on the shop floor.

To identify training and skills needs of all subordinates to enable them to perform their responsibilities effectively.

To promote good employee-employee relationships in line with the company’s policies.

To support the Business function of the group, ensuring on-time delivery & product quality.

To maintain an active role in functions involving customers.

Any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
